About Region 4
Region 4 consists of the cities Colonial Heights, Emporia, Hopewell, Petersburg, and Richmond; and the counties of Charles City, Chesterfield, Dinwiddie, Goochland, Greensville, Hanover, Henrico, New Kent, Powhatan, Prince George, Surry, and Sussex.
The GROW Capital Jobs Foundation serves as Region 4’s support organization. The support organization will provide fiduciary oversight and administrative services for activities related to GO Virginia in Region 4.
